The following information allows us to personalize your MindFrames reports and lets you view them via a password protected interface any time you wish.

Username lets you log in, receive the correct MindFrames scores and exercise control over which MindFrames match-up reports you want to be included in. For greater control, pick a Username you haven’t used before and one that doesn’t include your real name.

Password ensures that only you have access to your information in My Preferences. For best security, use at least 6 characters combining both numbers and letters.

Secret question and answer allow you to have your Password emailed to you in case you forget it.

IMPORTANT: First Name and Last Name appear extensively in MindFrames reports to personalize them. Enter your familiar name (used by people who know you) with capital letters where appropriate. For example: Buddy Smith or Jenny McDowell or P. J. dePaul.
